We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hotel Chatur Costa Caleta, and we could not be happier with our experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. They were kind enough to move us to a room on a different floor that was much safer and more practical for the children, something we greatly appreciated.
The activities and entertainment for the children were absolutely incredible: there were always great things to do to keep them happy and busy. To top it off, the food was some of the best we have ever had at an all-inclusive stay. There was a fantastic variety and everything was delicious.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We would definitely return!

A wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Chatur Costa Caleta. The hotel was clean, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly. A special thank you to Francesco, the entertainer, who was always full of energy, made every activity fun and created a great atmosphere. He made our vacation even more enjoyable.

A surprisingly good hotel
Very pleasant hotel, we spent a good week with the family. Not far from the shops and the beaches. The hotel is very clean, the staff is generally friendly and you can tell they work hard. A pleasant 3-star hotel, we would return without a doubt.

A wonderful holiday
Just arrived back after spending a wonderful week at this hotel, nothing to report, everything great including the food, very clean accommodation, two great pools (we didn't use the terrace pool) and plenty of sunbeds. The staff was excellent, but a special mention of thanks to the receptionist Marvina, who was more than helpful, extremely kind and went above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay very pleasant. A very nice, cozy facility with charming staff. There is table tennis, billiards, foosball, a gym, a bar, a kids' club, and entertainment activities. Both pools and the baby pool have a pleasant temperature. The rooftop terrace is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the pool. We were looking for that tranquility and idyll, and we found it; it was wonderful. The Sunbeds are somewhat uncomfortable; we put several bath towels on top. The rooms are sufficient and have what is necessary, but they are impeccably clean, even under the bed and in every corner; I was very impressed. We felt very comfortable. The food is okay, good variety for all tastes. The only thing is that they don't know how to grill meat: they always overcook it, it ends up like the sole of a shoe, inedible. Ice cream was available every day, very tasty, if only guests would close the ice cream freezer drawer. The only thing missing is always teaspoons. The breakfast offer is extensive and there are always fresh bread rolls, although there are few cups available and I don't like using cardboard cups at all; well, we had to wait for cups to be available. To go shopping, heading left and then right towards the water is 5 or 8 minutes; to the shopping area, heading right, 10/12 minutes. It is less suitable for beach lovers, as a 15-minute walk is quite far. We liked it a lot, although we are not beach people either.

Lovely friendly hotel near beach coming back 10th November 2024 did request room 3007 for 9th Nov but can't get flights till 10th so please can we request third floor for 10th November as this is hotel we love thank you from Carol spence from england

Great holiday
"Great hotel,Lovely friendly staff, especially reception staff, nothing is a problem for them, room was great size, cleaned every day, food was great, lots of choice, lovely salad bar, rooftop sun area is now open, pool brilliant for cooking off."

Great location great hotel nice rooms lovely guests and staff
"Very friendly hotel room nice and clean yes building work across street but didn't bother us food nice good variety, meat done in front of you so nice and fresh only gripe was coffee machines turned off at lunch time in restaurant. Barbara lovely lady behind bar is a gem. Reception staff very good dent let people put you off it is a really welcoming hotel."

Great time
"Amazing time here, very relaxing and enjoyable, the staff were amazing and always helped when needed. The entertainment was great, especially Alejandro who made each day amazing with each activity he did. His involvement with the children made everyone smile and the children enjoyed every second of it with how he got them engaged in mini disco."

Just loved this hotel so much
"We was just so pleased with the hotel. The staff were brilliant, everyone was in great moods all the time, always willing to help and go above and beyond. The entertainment was all throughout the day and they had something on every night. The activities are for everyone to get involved and perfect for meeting other people which improved our holiday experience even more.
We’d love to give special credit to entertainer Gianni and bar staff Rachid for just making our time here so memorable. The food was lovely and they had a special option every night as well as having the standard all inclusive buffet. The soft drinks were the official brands for all inclusive which I massively appreciated. There’s plenty of sunbeds and the pool is lovely and clean. The rooms are modern and cosy, they was cleaned very often. The only down side was the roof top not being open as we was not informed of this before our stay and we was looking forward to it a lot. However, we know they are working on it and we do plan to come back one day and hope it will be open by then. ."
